Hi, I’m April. That’s not the best picture of me, but I don’t really care. It was taken in Old Town Nice, France, around 7am when the market opened up. There’s nothing better than buying a fresh baguette, fruits, and burrata first thing in the morning!
Anyway…
In 2013, I opened up Happy Endings Bakeshop which specialized in custom home-made treats shipped on a monthly basis. I made the decision to close it down since life doesn’t really put itself on hold for your passion projects. Perhaps one day HEB will make a comeback!
